"I've used this product for years and loved it, other products don't compare. I'm finishing up an older bottle and it's product is thicker and smoother. I bought one bottle through 12 benefits on Amazon and it felt watered down, I returned it and ordered 2 bottles directly through 12 Benefits hoping to get what I'm used to. These bottles also feel like the product is watered down and I have to use more. I still like how my hair feels, but I'm not happy with the change in consistency."
